Do not take ASPIRIN or IBUPROFEN or ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES for at least 3 days after your hair transplant procedure. These medications may result in excessive bleeding during recovery. For pain and/or headaches, use a non-aspirin containing medication such as acetaminophen (Tylenol) or the medication prescribed to you after your hair transplantation.
Several medications may be given to you following your hair loss procedure.
Your hair loss clinic is there to help you BEFORE the procedure, DURING the procedure, and AFTER your hair transplant procedure. Once you leave the hair transplant clinic after the procedure, our care and concern for your satisfaction do not end as you walk out the door. SO PLEASE!—do not hesitate to contact Hair Transplant HelpDesk with after procedure care questions. We are always here to HELP you!
If you are considering a hair transplant, then take the time during your initial consultation to discuss what the goals should be for reversing your hair loss.
